Took me about 40 minutes again, which is again 10.25 km/h.

Ran 7 km to see my aunt (got there with a bus, run on the way back). 7 km in 41 minutes = 10.25 km/h.

- Once weekly, I will do an alternative workout - either cardio, or non-cardio
- A cardio workout is satisfied when at least 5 km are passed with at least 9 km/h average speed
- A non-cardio workout must train at least the chest muscle group (e.g. pushups or bench press), back (pullups or similar), and legs (squats or deadlifts). It can be done at the gym or at home. Gym is better, but more time-consuming.

Today (May 1st) I will do a home non-cardio workout. At the 2nd-9th and 16th-23rd, I will do a cardio workout. At 9th-16th and 23rd-30th, I will do a non-cardio workout.
