I will not search things on the internet for any other purpose than doing work or other necessary tasks. I may be allowed to look up things to help research, check emails, or check links sent to me through emails, but no Facebook, Youtube (meditation guide guide is OK), listen to music on my computer, and other distracting sites. I am permitted one pass for each day. Additionally, I will study a minimum of 5 hours of stats before I am allowed to go to bed each day.
