I must limit myself to the following today:
Breakfast: one omelette with one toast only. Snack: one banana Dinner: One plate of salad (with no fish, just veggies) only. One toast ok. No eating after that until the next day at 10 am. I must be in bed by 3am and sleep 7 hours. I must work out a minimum of 45 minutes
