Very little wheat.
Some other carbs (rice and the costco organic chips)
Spinach, blueberry & protein shakes most mornings.

Dropped to 215 after family reunion. I overate a lot, but I did it with veggies, fruits and meats. No wheat based things.
After 2 days home, I gained a couple of pounds back. Could have been water weight or it could have been the carbs I ate

pushed up quickly from 215 after camp.
Trying to eat very little to no wheat (reading wheat belly)
