Tomorrow is the last of my 5 week challenge! I feel really good about the commitment and although I did mess up once, I am pleasantly surprised that that was all!

I am glad that I was able to keep my goal for this week! Not only do I know that I am eating healthier but I actually feel healthier!

Well this was not my best week! I definitely missed my goal for one day this week. I happened to be visiting my boyfriends family at their lake house and overdid my intake! I am very disappointed but am hopeful that I will continue to maintain my goal for the rest of my commitment!

This goal has been harder than I thought it would be! Because I work full time, it can be difficult to find healthy options while on the go. I have been opting for salads at fast food restaurants and I am glad that I was able to find one that I like. The Southwestern salad at McDonalds is pretty good and its a much healthier option than my usual chicken nuggets! I have been able to follow my goal this week and having the money pot has been great motivation for keeping me on track! I hope that I continue with my goal as I already feel healthier!
