SandyBeGood commits to:
Each week, for the next 4 weeks:
-exercise 4 times (pref. 5 or 6) -take bags to stores at least 1x -read 5 chapters/60 pages in classics -practice Isaiah 53 3 times -Be Positive! (catch yourself and pray and rephrase your words and even thoughts!) -Cook at least 3 dinners per week (pref more!) -Declutter 4x play the station game or some game to do 15-30 minutes -Eat low carb (4 spoonfuls PB max!!)
