That dancing game you bought for hillary is a great workout. I'm pretty concerned about this committment- even when the weight loss hasn't been happening, you have been diligent diligent diligent about this one. What is it going to take to get you back on track here? Are you forgetting how good it feels when you come back from your walk all sweaty and winded and full of life?

too much work; no exercise; good annual review with mx raise but no walking the hallways. beautiful walks yesterday and today in the mountains where the new cabin now has a vinyl tile floor and Ricky and Paul are putting together IKEA kitchen cabinets; Hugo loves this new place and stays side by side with his friend Butch to explore. We won't show him the creek until it is running a little slower and shallower. The wild azaleas, orange and pink, are blooming in the woods. Hillary and I have agreed that for the next week we will forego Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune and do wii instead.

got to walk on my own with the dogs, but had a couple of high stress days at work and did not get away during the day for a walk and got home to late; argh. Trying to work in wii this week. hold me to it.
