No added sugar, cow's milk product, or work food. Sugar exceptions: salad d., mir. whip. light, ketch, BBQ S., meat, terriy. Food F. Work exceptions: plain fruit, vegies, meat (not canned fruit or lunch meat/hot dogs), up to 100 cals of nuts per day (must reasonably measure), turkey meat for salads & ketchup. Dairy exception is non-dairy creamer. No cheat meal/snack on sugar, but I can have one 200 calorie cheat per week on other stuff if wanted. Any other breaking this = $5 extra give p/100 ca
