- find 3 programs that offer the needed schooling and talk to an advisor from each to see what classes can be the most easily transferred from an online school - choose a on-site school + set of online courses - if at any point during the research you find an alternative to formal schooling that gets you closer to doing any kind of therapy work, then the previous sub-goals can be abandoned
