I have little trouble with the sugar, but I have gone back to half caffeine coffee in the morning when I have to drive to Atlanta. ticce I left here with a cup of decaf, and tice I pulled into a gas station near Winder to take a nap on the way to work. Yoou have set tough goals, which I admire. After doing the wii yesterday, I realized how much consistency of pratice matters. Good luck with your new plan. Let me know how you do. Have you ever had your thyroid level checked?

I didn't manage to keep my (very ambitious) commitment this week, but I did learn some things. Not eating sugar, while incredibly hard, was rewarding. The reward was fruit, which suddenly tasted sweet. I probably quadrupled my fruit consumption. Not drinking coffee is nice because I don't like feeling like I must have it to get my day going (thought I still crave it, I have found that decaf satisfies the craving). I exercised three times and meditated three times. I think for my next goal, I may modify to do 10 sun salutations and 10 minutes of meditation every day and then real exercise maybe three times. Sleeping was okay, largely due to thomas's busy work schedule. Sadly, my energy level felt exactly the same as ever.

So, um, I already broke my commitment for this week by having really wonderful, rich, bitter coffee during a deposition yesterday. Otherwise, I'm in good shape this week to actually get the exercise in. I've also failed on sleep already as I only slept six hours or so monday night. I also didn't meditate yesterday- but I did draw which is a nice thing to do for oneself. Going pretty strong on the white/white, though I had half a muffin that probably had sugar in it. Um. Okay, so one out of four?

No, this was wonderful nyc japanese restuarant ramen. Probably even worse for me than the package but much more delicious. I know that my goal was overly ambitious- I really just wanted to use the website to formalize my experiment so that I would take it seriously. I didn't think I would be able to transform myself overnight. Glad to hear that dills is baking!
