Week 5 of 5
Artemis goal commits to:
To build a fitnessroutine for the next 5 weeks. One day in week is a no-trainingday. Because, i cleaning 3 hours a house.
To do my 2-Split-Routine every day and have a Warmup: 20 min. And build a cooldownphase of 20 minutes. Last. To proof myself to training with arm & hand pains, for a healthier life!
