3. Eat food slowly at every meal.
- Chew slowly
- Finish chewing before you decide to take another bite
- Remember that if the food gets cold, you can always reheat it, plus the first few bites are the best anyway.

I have been successful in my goal this week! I have taken bites slowly and went to the grocery store yesterday too. It is starting to become more natural for me to eat slowly. I have also made sure to take a veggie snack to work each day, and it really helps with the hunger. I now realize the importance of taking the time to bring this snack to work. I am very excited about my achievements and my new good habits!

I went to the grocery store today, so I am good to go for the week. It is so nice to go to the grocery store in the morning on a Sunday before the crowds descend. It's also so nice because I so rarely run out of anything anymore. I pick up another container of almond milk and some cereal every week and write down what I need on the fridge every time I run out. I feel very organized and on top of things!

I have done all of the required things this week. I need to get better at eating slowly though. I need to finish chewing before the next bite and set a habit of a slow pace of chewing even when I am hungry! I also went to the grocery store yesterday so that counts for next week.
