The amount of Guzman Y Gomez that I am now consuming is becoming ridiculous. One bowl at a time, I am becoming a Mexican. There is something about the GYG Nachos that is irresistable to me. Chicken, Beef or Pork - it doesnt matter. Once the habanero sauce hits my lips, its all over. There is a science to their creation. The texture,the taste, the smell, and even the brightly coloured bag that acts as a vessel for my consumption. In combination, its almost impossible to resist. But I will try.
