The reason I am doing this is because time and again I have recognized these foods (and alcohol in general) make me feel terrible! I know I am capable of keeping up these dietary changes because this was exactly how I ate the last 3 months I was pregnant, and I felt wonderful. Growing a baby was a huge motivator, not just for her health but also if she had gotten too big (too much sugar), I wouldn't have been able to deliver at the birth center (and would have had to pay twice for the birth.) So there were multiple motivating factors and it was quite easy to make healthy decisions. Now I realize that the version of myself that feels good and healthy and happy is trying to grow inside me too and I need to take care of her better than I have been. Anyway, I found this website and thought it was cool. Thanks for supporting me :)
