Sunday - 15 mins. I looked down at the timer and what felt like 3 mins was actually 10. Feeling the breath and staying present with it is gettingoing easier. Thoughts come up but are let go easier. Also the lesson today was about always trying to come back to present and not let yourself emotionally react to the moment. Meditation helps you not get caught in a downward spiral. Areas of focus outside of meditation are playing soccer, work, and coaching soccer. I tend to emotionally react easily in those areas.

Saturday - felt really present and my thoughts were very impermanent in this session. I like hearing the gong at the start and end of sessions.

Friday - did it in the car on the way into work full 15 minutes. Found my mind being distracted for most of the session and ended up having a really good last 2 or 3 minutes
