Followed my big jon fitness plan (almost) to a T!
I'm proud of myself!

I fulfilled my commitment, but with a slight variation. I am now training with Big Jon Fitness for my first bikini competition! Yay! My diet plan is no longer cycling carbs, but actually involves eating MORE carbs (for now anyways)! I am doing a 5 day weight lifting regiment with NO cardio! I am loving it so far!

Today, Sunday, was TERRIBLE! I feel terrible. Fat. Ugly. Gross. Tomorrow I start my plan. I can do this. I WILL do this. Some time this week I will be meeting with Big Jon Fitness to discuss coaching. I am praying their training is something I can afford. I need help. I am depressed and sick of feeling this way. I want my confidence and my body back.
