dillydally commits to:
check the daily post, write to-do-lists (and stick on them), take care of the files at home and the deadlines set in official letters. Further, the desk should be arranged in a way, that it can be used at any time. Generally, but at least once in the week, the desk needs "maintenance". Electronic files (mainly) will be treated same way.
