Health - Work out 90 minutes including 20 minutes of resistance training - Meal #1: Bowl of oatmeal - Meal #2: Veggie omelette - Meal #3: Dinner with Nathalie - No cheese or nuts all day Trigger - Wake up at 9:30 am and start journaling and work on "Trigger" no later than 10:30 am - Work at least 3 hours on "Trigger". - I cannot eat anything until I've worked those 3 hours
