only just, skin of teeth! have mostly stopped drinking, now need to give up the chocolate. Have definitely been eating more veg

What I will do is to make small changes to my eating and exercise habits.
I will exercise for at least 30 mins 5 x a week, and I will, during these three weeks:
Only eat chocolate on a sunday
desist from crisps
Only drink alcohol when out with others, and not when alone
Mediate when I feel like comfort eating
exercise on: Sunday, Monday, tueday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as planned. Saturday - exercise and tennis.
