I think when I recommit to this, I'll set the commitment at once a day for 5 days a week.

well, it verges on a miracle, but I did get in three sets of kegels yesterday.

No-go once again, but I'm not expecting to make it during this commitment cycle now that I've realized how hard it is. I was happy, though, with the extent to which it's occurring to me to do it these days. It's beginning to become a habit--something I miss if I haven't at least thought about it--and there begin to be times of the day where these exercises seem to fit.

I think I did get in a day with 3 sets of kegels. I'm slowly beginning to think of it more often. When I set a new goal it will probably be 1 set a day for 5 days a week for a month and then increase the sets as I get into the habit of doing it.
