refraining from constantly checking for forum responses, blog comments, etc. when I'm bored and/or restless. Only blog when something significant has occurred or for a once a week update. Find something productive to do!

| This problem has been easier to shake than I expected. The activity really was not gratifying and so letting it go, though it has taken some discipline, is self-reinforcing. I'd really rather not be sitting at a desk and would rather be reading or doing some other truly enjoyable activity. Or even something useful. It usually doesn't take me long to come up with an alternative. | |
