- I must work at least a total of 4 hours on "Trigger".
- I can eat a bowl of oatmeal with eggs and fruits, then no eating until dinner tonight at work. - I must leave to go work out at 3:20 pm the latest. - No cheese or nuts until tomorrow 10 am. No eating from 9 pm to 10 am the next day (9/23/14) - I must be in bed by 2:30 am and wake up at 9:30 am the next day and work on "Trigger" for at least 1 hour at 10:00 am.
