It is so much easier to avoid fast food now that it's not a part of my routine. When I'm hungry at the end of the day, I don't even think about fast food. I think about what is in my fridge. I ate fast food once. I got donuts from Dunkin Donuts on Saturday morning for me and my boyfriend to eat while we did homework.

It was a lot easier for me to avoid fast food this week. I stocked up on stuff that was easy to grab for lunch while running out the door so I didn't have to take the time to prepare a lunch. I ate McDonald's once this week. It was on Saturday when I had to drive two hours to my parent's house to pick up my boyfriend's car. My dad was getting it fixed for him. We were running late so we stopped by McDonald's on our way out.

This week was rough. I worked a lot of long days. I also had less time to prepare a lunch/dinner because my boyfriend's car is getting repaired so I have been driving him to all the places he needs to be. I was successful in not eating fast food however, it forced me to eat pretty small meals or not anything at all.
