CapmJustice commits to:
Daily-Get up at 5:30am. Go to the gym at 6am. Shower and fix a healthy breakfast by 8:30. Work on education between 9:30 and 10:30am. Work on house between 10:30 and 11am. Eat a Healthy lunch and snack at work. After work give family undivided attention for at least 2 hours generally 1 for children and 1 for wife after they go to bed. Help more with house for another 30min. Read before going to bed.
Weekly-Work on at least one project, like home improvement. Check the budget.
