SamRegas commits to:
contacting old friends family more often. Though simple in premise, too often do I go stretches without talking to old friends/family, especially while I'm away at school. I think it's easy to get caught in the routine of certain things in one's life and as a result, one may not communicate enough with close individuals who just may not conveniently fall in line with these routines. My goal is to give these people a call more often to chat/see how they're doing.
