| Goal accomplished: I actually doubled practicing per day. There seems to be little, but robust improvements after having practiced 19 hours in sum. I intend to keep doing it as a daily habit. Thanks for again being my referee! | |

| Was able to practice on the pad the last six days, yesterday even for 60 minutes. So far I am on track. Will keep on. | |
