| Succeeded-with couple of caveats. Eating out in a restaurant or at friends for dinner. In these circumstances it wasn't worth abstaining. Overall though I felt better than previous weeks and will keep off the sugar (need to cut down on diet Cokes though as they're not great for the teeth). | |
