Well, I've had a hard time keeping this goal these past 2 months, but I have still been able to cut down on the amount of alcohol I've been consuming, so all in all it's progress. Just need to keep pushing forward and continue to reduce my intake over time. |

Still struggling with the holidays and having time off. Now that's over, time to kick it up a notch. |

Finally achieved my goal this week. Slept better, was able to hit the gym 3 times, and just felt overall more clear and awake. I've noticed the bags under my eyes are gone, and now I wake up in the morning before my alarm well-rested. Very happy. |
