sexytiger commits to:
I commit to exercising 6 days a week. I will run everyday, and alternate cross training of weight-lifting and core exercises/plyometrics. I will begin with a base of 25 miles per week and add 10% per week, working towards a goal of 50 miles a week and a long run of 15 miles. By the end of this commitment, I hope to complete a marathon, do 100 pushups, bench 1.5x my weight (155), and gain 10 pounds. Day 6 is for stretching.
