kaleygz commits to:
I commit to eating a clean diet that consists of (only) whole foods (and no junk/fast food because they are my kryptonite-leads to binge eating). I commit to staying hydrated by drinking 3 Liters of water daily and avoiding all soft drinks and sugary juices. I commit to exercising everyday of the week with the exception of one rest day. I will make sure that I incorporate quick but intense and effective body weight as well as weighted exercises.
