this has all really become part of my weekly routine now. i am motivated to make time for myself because i enjoy taking baths and relaxing. my attitude towards taking time for myself has really changed - before i used to feel bad about doing things for myself because i felt i should be busy all the time. but now my attitude is different and demonstrates how important it is to have a good attitude towards your change. |

I took a bath 4 times this week, which surpased my 3 time minimum for the first time since starting this goal change. I think that it is definitely helping me more than any of the other techniques were, because i am more interested in this technique. its a lot more enjoyable than forcing myself to meditate. |

i have decided to change my mindfulness to taking candle lit baths whenever i can just to relax. the meditation was getting too old and it really wasn't keeping me motivated. the bath is something that i very much enjoy and that i seem to make time for regardless of any tasks that i have |
