Definitely getting better, had several days this week where have been successful, getting closer to goal! Just need to remember the cumulative and daily impact of getting up on time and using the whole day and not wasting time |

Need to ge tup with alarm so I can fir more into my day, I need to fully realise my commitment and maybe use some form of motivation when woken to get out of bed ASAP |
