No, I don't feel much difference. Maybe I can walk a little faster on the treadmill. I think the gym workouts with the machines will help my knee feel stronger, though. Maybe someday I'll be able to jog a little.

Good job Allison! Don't backslide now. :-) Do you feel any different - stronger, faster, etc.? I have noticed that my lung capacity is much better.

Wow, I can't believe my three weeks are up. I'm just about to go do something active for a little while. I bet if I don't recommit that I'll just back out of this cardio thing.
I had thought that after three weeks I would "up" the ante to 45 minutes but I think I barely find the time to do 30 minutes as it is.
Nine more weeks of ESL. Then I can make some serious goals!
