before: I am trying to study but i'm having so much trouble concentating. my mind keeps wondering and i keep getting side tracked. it's making me very frustrated because I planned to have today as a study day. This made me think of meditating because it increased my mindfullness so maybe I'll be able to just focus on what I am doing in the present moment

after: wow! i am having a much better time concentrating on my studying. those ten minutes of meditating really helped clear my mind so i can focus on my work. this is making me feel very good and enthusiastic to meditate more often!
