Bussieresdan commits to:
I Daniel Bussieres will commit to doing one 30 minute bear grylls workout per day for four days in a week. I will take 2 days off to recover. For my nutrition I will follow the live it not diet phase two.
The only time when I can waiver from this is when I am asked to join the opp guys for a meal and during said meal I need to have half a plate of veg if it is available. This contract will expire on the 1st of January 2015. Now fight for your kick ass look.
