cardboardchi commits to:
Not eat any of my Christmas sweets at work until Christmas Day with Brendan, and only eat them on that day, or on Christmas Eve or Day. Then eat one sweet a week until Feb 26th. Stop eating after dinner EVERY day, which should be no later than 7 most days (Fridays I'm leniant). Exercise at least 5 times a week.
