I commit to walking/jogging at least 3 times per week in an effort to learn how to run 5K. My goal is to be able to run a 5K (3 miles) by May 23rd. I will be using the walking/jogging schedule on http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml. This will also get me into better shape, and is my first big step in taking better care of my body.
