awesome - in addition to my running 3 days a week, im going to do arm and butt toning - since those are the parts of my body that i like least!

More specifically, I plan to do the Tracy Anderson toning dvd I bought... I really really like it. The workout is 45 minutes which I want to complete in full 3 times a week. I may break it up into different days if necessary.
