okay... i actually am switching to a little bit more stringent diet, but it calls for a "day off" each week. the reason why i reported a failure is because i started the day off on friday night and went through saturday. and that was not planned. so i had to be honest. my new plan is similar to what i have been doing, but no rice or potatoes or oatmeal(which i have been eating a LOT of.) so this is lean protein, veggies, and beans at every meal, with hummus or nuts for snacks. then one day off each week that is supposed to keep your metabolism up from being on a low-carb diet. i feel like this would be good for me at this point because until friday night i hadn't eaten any sugar or bread stuff in like 6 weeks and i basically was about to lose it... so, i had the day off saturday, then my next day off will be sunday for easter.

There is only one exception for this in the next month. On Easter it is okay to have a serving of Dawn's macaroni and cheese, and to have some dessert!
