I commit to eating nutrituous and natural foods. I will avoid buying and eating processed, junk, fast foods. I will be mindful of the ingredients in the foods I purchase and eat. I will eat more vegetables, fruits, seeds/nuts, whole grains, healthy fats and superfoods. I will drink more water, especially first thing in the morning.
