Once again I didn't meet my goal, I have changed some medications and have not slept much, and have been agitated. I smoked the past two days, I have been to tired to exercise, yet I was able to get in 5000-8500 steps a day. Once this crisis ends, and I begin ti get more sleep, then I believe I will meet my goals. Sorry, I let you all down and hoping this week will be better.

Sorry to all I didn't keep my goal. It's been a hectic week with many activities. I have slept through my alarm several days this week. So my exercising went out the windows. I remained to walk 7,500 steps a day with out the treadmill. I still remain a non smoker and did accomplish my goals of devotions. Hopefully next week will be better. I'm praying for a less hectic week.

Thanks, it was a weak to struggle, then by Friday I fell apart in tears. I waled my 10,000 steps today, but didn't exercise, did do devotions, and still no smoking. Had a awesome session in therapy, can't wait till we Skype soon.

All right, girl! You did it! Congratulations! That reminds me of a pic that I cut out and have it attached to my computer screen edge. It says, "I did it!" The girl is standing at the top of a mountain and reaching her hands up to the sky. Sometimes you just have to toot your own horn even if it is just positive self-talk. You have to pat yourself on the back because you are the one that is responsible for building your own self esteem. And when you succeed in your own accomplishments your self-esteem does soar! If you could only bottle that, you would feel on top of the world and literally shouting from the rooftops! It is these little successes that you gain such tremendous highs. Celebrate this week by doing something nurturing or comforting for yourself. I would suggest picking Sunday as you will probably need some extra support given what is going on in your world. I'm proud of you, Sharon! I'll talk with you on Sunday if not before.
