Lunch for today is an Avocado-Rainbow Salad, with tomatoes, kale, dill, cucumber, avocado, sweet mini peppers, zucchini and parsley and of course lemon. Beautiful and yummy!

21-Day Raw Challenge update: Lunch planned today is a raw pizza - which is marinated mushrooms, a layer of thinly sliced avocados on raw flax-seed crackers. I am still debating if I should add an tomato or have a few of them on the side. What do you think?

I chose breakfast today as my raw meal for today - a delicious strawberry/pineapple/orange smoothie (no recipe needed) - yum!

Made a wonderfully delicious ( and addicting) raw Apple/apricot pie! I am posting the info of the recipe on my blog (thank you Rawtarian for this amazing raw pie crust recipe!)
