Today, I did the vertebral column exercises for stretch and posture in the morning, while on the afternoon I went outside and rode my bike. Last week was a successful week as I managed to do all the workout programs in each day, doing different side activities such as bike riding and walks. 21 successful periods, 5 unsuccessful due to objective reasons such as getting cold, or stopping due to exams. My posture improved very well, I have a straight posture, my front neck and lordosis are not visible anymore. I turned my fat into muscles, losing just around 1 kg of mass. I created back muscles, chest muscles, the abs are still having to get rid of belly fat ( to be done after the exam ), my legs developed well due to workout exercises and bike riding. Its been hard at first, I had to go through different stages of configuration of the workout and in the end I made it happen. I will surely continue this summer, after the exam. GREAT WORK!

Today, ended another week of workout programs. I started with a warm-up, cleaning the house with the vacuum cleaner and dusting the furniture in the morning until 10 am. I did the Cardio and Legs workout program from 12 to 1 pm. It went well, I sweated heavily and felt great afterwards. As a side physical activity, same like yesterday I was outside first to my dog then to ride my bike. I also helped my parents bring some heavy bags up to the 3rd floor of the block where is the apartment. Great effort today. Keep on going.
