Lasse commits to:
I will not use the internet unless necessary. However, on four days a week I may research trivial information or read news for a weekly total of 45 minutes. I will keep track perfectly of the time spent online. I will never indulge in aimless surfing. These rules also apply when I'm sick and when we're visiting others (because there are always better, more social things to do).
