This is the end of this commitment. I tried to lose 18, wound up losing 8. Will set another commitment. Overall, I'm 16 pounds below where I was when all of this started at Lake George 2 years ago. I feel that I now have sufficient knowledge about nutrition to do this -- now it's just a matter of applying and sticking to principles of behavior change. |

| just back from 2-week vacation during which I gained ELEVEN pounds. Lost 7 of them already. Contract ends next week. Have been partially successful. Will set another goal and consider putting money on the line. These check-ins really are extremely helpful for me. | |
