I'm pretty satisfied with how I'm doing with this. I think I've lost 1 pound, too. Not enough, but I'm on the right track. |

I think I haven't been standing up very much lately because you have to keep it mind to do so. You forget otherwise; sitting down is the default option. I always stand up on the bus, but if I'm not teaching or walking from one place to another, or working out, I'm plopped down on my ass. I think this will be helpful for me to lose those 5 pounds. |

Going forward I need to be more mindful of this, especially on Tuesdays! Again it's not too difficult when I'm teaching or about in the Cathedral. |

I don't think I do enough of this as I used to. I need to work standing up and not sit around the house as much. |
