This week, I ate A LOT on Thur, Fri, Sat, and Sunday. So, I had to skip two dinners on Wednesday and Tuesday, both of which nights I played basketball for good 1.5 hrs.. On top of that, I had to run hard 30 min this morning to shed extra 0.5kg of sweat.. Even more, I took a shower after my workout as it turns out, I tend to lose extra 0.2kg after shower after working out. Anyway, it was successful in terms of weight loss, but I am a bit concerned about the muscle mass I may have lost last week. So, I am trying to re-build my muscle by adding resistance training and rich protein in my diet. 2 more weeks to go!

Ate too much the night before. I came back from Providence and was stressed out and binge ate.. Shouldn't do that again. Ran ~50min in the morning but was not able to make it..

I ate quite a lot this Sunday: two rounds of church bulgogi-rice, hamburger, and birthday party at Luiz’s place. I did exercise on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (x2). I was 0.1kg over the aimed weight i.e., 87.1kg in Thursday morning, so went to gym and ran 200kcal + 3 sets of pushups. Then, I weighed 86.7; lost 400g from ~25 min exercise.
Anyway, glad I achieved my goal despite some heavy meals on Sunday. Again, always the most difficult part is eating moderately during the weekends..
