Moonhawk commits to:
Exercise: 6 times a week, minimum of 25 minutes. Majority (at least 4x a week) to be P90 workouts. Monday-Saturday preferred workout days, Sunday rest day.
Exceptions: Illness, Family emergencies (such as hospitalization). During these times, exercise can be missed or shortened in length/intensity.

| Did Yoga on Saturday and Sunday instead of P90, but did do 4 days of P90 for the week. Shoulder has weird feeling when pulling, so did 3 days of Sweat, 1 day of Sculpt. | |
