Going to bed at 9pm and waking at 5am 4 days a week to start with. Then once I have mastered this I will move on to increase it to 5 then 7 days per week. I will go into this with the expectation that I can get into the habit within a month.

Hehe Cool, Thanks Rob! I'm going to shower then be in bed by 9 tonight. I feel relaxed and very ready to go to sleep. I feel real good about this week.
