My Stickk plan got ruined when I got a new iphone this weekend. I've been staying up till 4am the past two nights watching Youtube and porn through wifi access with the Safari app. This is horrible. I feel so tired, almost like a zombie, the entire day because I got no sleep. Here are updated Stickk plans for controlling my Internet usage: 1) LAPTOP AND iPHONE wifi is limited within 7-10pm. Both have to be closed after 10pm. 2) I will brush my teeth, create a to-do list, and get in bed by 11pm 3) If I can't fall asleep lying on bed, I will get up and read a book(such as the Bible or any book from my bookshelf) for 30 minutes. - However, if I get an urge to masturbate I have to do the 15 minute meditation. I can masturbate after the 15 min meditation. But if I watch porn after 10pm I lose the $5. 4) Every single night I will review this commitment. If I didn’t follow any of these three above commitments, I will go to the Political Crossroads website and donate $5 THAT NIGHT. -The problem with Sticck is that I only have to pay each Monday instead of each day so I'm not holding myself accountable daily. More Info: This means using Youtube,Safari/Chrome, App Store, checking emails, or researching anything on Google can only be done from 7-10pm. Using laptop is fine before 7pm as long I don't use wifi and I close the laptop at 10pm |
